Head chef festival "Omnivore"
Fish restaurant Le dome head chef Alex Ziluk is the first chef from Baltic states who was invited to participate in prestigious young and creative head chef festival „Omnivore Food Festival”.
Due to world tour “Omnivore World Tour” from 23rd – 29th April will be held in Moscow, where Alex together with more 19 talented head chefs from all over the world will present his creative author kitchen for fine gourmets and followers of gastronomic fashion of the city.
Alex participation in festival:
· Master class on April 26th in restaurant „Gostinij Dvor”
For gourmet jury Alex will present three courses of Latvian meals;
· Degustation on April 26th in “Strelka Bar” terrace
For degustation guests Alex will serve special Latvian herring;
· Special menu from April 24th - 29th in restaurant “Black Market”
During all festival Alex will offer special festival menu.
